These terms apply to how you use chroniceffects.property and the referral service Chroniceffects Tree Service offers through it. When you use the site, phone the number on it or send a form, you accept these terms. This page is a general template and is not legal advice.

What the Service Is

Chroniceffects Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not take down trees, grind stumps, trim branches or clear storm debris. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you are matched with run their own businesses. Each one is solely responsible for its quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, safety practices, licensing, insurance and behavior. We do not hire, supervise or direct providers. We also make no promises about whether a provider is available, how fast it responds, or how its work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, we encourage you to check credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written quote.

General Information, Not Advice

Everything on this site is general information. It is not advice from an arborist, lawyer, insurer or financial adviser. Any cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm the details with a qualified provider and, where it applies, with your insurer and local permit office.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you reach out, and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

By calling or sending a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@chroniceffects.property.

Ownership of Site Content

The text and design of this site belong to Chroniceffects Tree Service or those who license them to us. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Responsibility

As far as the law allows, Chroniceffects Tree Service is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services or from an agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to the Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
