Complaints Procedure

Last updated: October 2026

Chroniceffects Tree Service wants every homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page covers how to send a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience calling or contacting Chroniceffects Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or incorrect
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please keep in mind that Chroniceffects Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@chroniceffects.property and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues involving licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
